The staff of the Force Master Chief must represent all areas within Navy Medicine to include surface, submarine, Fleet Forces, FMF, etc,  We currently have a wide range of experience to advise the Force on the issues facing the Hospital Corps. Out of 6 Navy Senior and Master Chiefs. There are currently only 2 who hold an FMF pin.
